The person in this role will be responsible for legal advice to the company and oversee our Compliance Department. Responsible for and ownership of overall due dates in connection with Secretary of State filings, needed licenses and reporting requirements.

apply legal knowledge, analysis and judgment to identify alternative approaches and their relative merits and recommend solutions to routine and less complex legal problems.
In this role, you will actively partner with leaders in Claims Process, Claims Compliance, Field Claims, Claims Audit and the Corporate Law Dept. on all levels of Process, Compliance and Customer Experience related projects, operational improvements and day-to-day run the business issues.
As a Claims Attorney, you will be primarily responsible for the direct handling of moderate severity BI claims and coverage and/or liability issue claims throughout the U.S. involving state specific laws and regulations.
In this role, you will actively partner with leaders in the Claims Specialty Zone, Claims Process, , Field Claims, and the Corporate Law Dept. on all levels of Claims and Process, including projects, operational improvements and day-to-day run the business issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare legal memoranda, contracts, pleadings, analyses, correspondences and other relevant documents; provide accurate legal advice and prepare effective documents based upon knowledge of federal, state and other applicable law, and the regulatory environment in which the Corporation functions.
