In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting requirements, CONOPS, and architectures in the remote sensing domain; overseeing the acquisition-level closure of enterprise and system requirements; independent verification, validation and test in support of delivered system capabilities and mission closure, overseeing SED readiness events in support of enterprise, system and acquisition-level milestones; leading and supporting project planning.
The selected candidate will identify and resolve hardware, software, application or operational problems.Learn basic technical troubleshooting, including problem identification, reporting and understand escalation path customers/partners would need to engage.
The Systems Engineer provides systems engineering support on moderate to complex systems engineering projects. Participates in requirements capture; develops new requirements based on customer need. Translates requirements into detailed systems/product specifications.
In this role, you will provide guidance and assistance in the analysis and understanding of end-user requirements/capabilities and decomposing those into the requisite tiers of program documentation (SRD, SRS, ATP).
The Systems Engineer will support the development of the New NICS in accordance with FBI systems engineering and technical standards. Systems Engineer must possess knowledge and clear understanding of systems engineering and technical standards. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for creating New NICS documentation to support the lifecycle management gate requirements.
