The Supervisor - RN Clinical is responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinical team in the area of medical management operations, inclusive, but not limited to maintaining production metrics, delivering on current service level agreements, fulfilling contractual requirements and supporting future state initiatives while meeting strategic, operational and budgetary targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards.

The RN-Nurse Supervisor supervises nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within the scope of practice, coordinates care delivery which will ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
The A&E Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Engineers and Detailers to produce A&E drawing packages for Crown Castle tower sites. He/she will work closely with the assigned team to meet weekly production targets/deadlines and ensure all work is compliant with Crown Castle Engineering and quality standards.
