In this role, you will responsible for set up, administration, maintenance, reporting and auditing of employee data through the use of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within the Americas and EMEA region.
In this role, the selected candidate will
lead, and/or collaborate with the compensation team on, a variety of projects, including program redesign, ad-hoc analysis, policy reviews, cross-functional project teams, and implementation of new programs.
The HR/Benefits Analyst serves as a point of contact for the Benefits and HR Administration department, assisting with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
