In this role, the selected candidate will partner closely with client liaisons and hiring managers to understand the client culture, value proposition, position criteria and successful candidate specifications.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring and placing professionals in contract/contract to full-time positions with our clients within the finance & accounting industry.
In this role, the selected candidate will receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests, and create a shortlist of candidates; reformat candidate resumes based on client or company standard resume templates.
The Recruiter will begin to build a talent network for future hires through effective social networking, employee referrals, and other creative candidate sourcing tools. Ultimately, the Recruiter will be judged on his/her ability to deliver results (i.e. hires) by the need date, providing the candidate the best experience possible, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS: iCIMs) to conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. Documents candidate records, sources potential applicants, schedules interviews, and executes hire process/on-boarding steps including interview travel coordination.
