In this role, the selected candidate will partner with development, business analysts, project managers and business users during the SDLC to ensure applications meet user requirements and established quality standards prior to implementation.
The Supervisor QA- Inspections is responsible for day-to-day operation of QA Inspections. He/She manages personnel and associated activities ensuring compliance with established regulations, product submission, and standard operating procedures governing the Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Packaging.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of validating Kronos punches and correcting missed punches (daily), checking Nextrak for employee actions needed (daily), executing the Corrective Action Responses and implementing corrective changes to meet the required timelines outlined in the process document and executing the Quarterly/Annual Employee Performance Appraisal processes meeting the HR timeline as published.
