In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities and provide update training as necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage and develop data necessary to analyze trends over various timeframes. Manage the data mining process and analysis using internally supported database programs (e.G. Amisys, ccms, and microsoft programs). Collaborate with total health management (THM), compliance and other key business units to identify areas for process improvement initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that all QE deliverables (e.g.: Quality Objectives, MSA, Control Plans, Part Inspection, Capability Studies, and Customer PPAP) are executed on time and to the appropriate level of detail.
In this position, you will manage the quality function, including in-process, final, and layout inspection. Oversee all departmental activities to achieve cost, productivity, safety, and quality objectives.

In this role, you will make plans and execute as needed in order to achieve targets and goals included in company FY Business Plans (projects), Budgets, and other activities, specifically targets for Quality (Q) and Cost (C).
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of clinical records and files to comply with Conditions of Participation (COPs), using measurements, as licensure, certification, and accreditation results.
In this role, you will be implementing training programs, as required, to improve site performance. The selected candidate will be performing internal audits of the quality system and reporting findings with request for corrective actions.
In this role, you will evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing the assigned work functions objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices and to ensure compliance with required standards.
