The Quality Control Manager is responsible for managing all laboratory and support staff, record keeping for quality control for Vivolac Cultures Corporation and Moseley Laboratories, product release status, and identification and troubleshooting of out of specification/non-conforming product.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain competence and develop technical knowledge by keeping up to date with all new technologies and analytical equipment within Laboratory Services and Analytical Development.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing and enforcing quality standards set forth by each brand, vendor, channel and department within the company, and measuring results.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the quality program in compliance with ISO 9001, business and customer requirements. The selected candidate will be providing accurate budget forecasting and maintaining responsible budgetary control.
In this role, the selected candidate will create executive and leadership level testing specific status power point slides for steering committee meetings; review all requirements documentation to ensure they have the necessary detail to be testable.
In this role, you will provide ongoing leadership and support in maintaining and continually improving of site Quality Management System (QMS) and processes inclusive of food safety / contact & Medical Device / Pharma GMPs, as required.
