Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Create and implement assessments, surveys, and other tools to determine the effectiveness of the Leadership and Management development programs; coach and make recommendations for individual leaders on activities and content specific to their goals and areas of development.
Develop project plans, tasks, milestones, and measures of success & work with application teams and demand management to timely provide application estimates across multiple applications and lines of business.
