Implements process improvements in areas of operating efficiency, equipment set up/changeover, capacity, new technology, and equipment layout of the manufacturing and forming operations. Drives ongoing cost reduction efforts.
In this role, you will design and analysis of central systems (steam, condensate, water treatment, chilled water, compressed air, any fluid, treated water, fuel and cogeneration or preferably combined heat and power) and related equipment and controls.
In this role, you will responsible for developing innovative process design concepts and identifying ideal solutions to unique technical challenges posed by large structural molding of products such as: Structural Components; Aircraft Wings; Fuselage Parts; Boat Hulls; Wind Blades; Truck Cabs, etc.
In this role, you will drive performance and quality improvements within the Worthington Warehouse Operations Group; optimize work center layouts, materials flow and processes to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, supervision, and reporting of the most challenging key projects for Supply Chain that provide major cost savings and/or drive company growth initiatives. The selected candidate will also have proven track record in the application of fundamental engineering principles.
In this role, you will design and develop processes and methods for major engineering projects to ensure that products and services provided meet all contractual, program, design and quality requirements.
