A management position responsible for coordinating all facility repairs and PM activities within and supporting the new OSD manufacturing facility. Position has responsibility for supervising/directing internal resources as well as contract service providers.
Manages Mobile Crew Leaders and Crew members while maintaining working relationships with Property Managers and other Key Clients. Travels as needed to meet with Mobile Techs and key customers in order to train, ensure work quality and drive efficiencies.
Responsible for the overall plant maintenance and coordination of activities with other departments in a manner which results in the production of quality product at a cost and schedule consistent with company policies, customer service and plant objectives.
This brand new, state of the art facility will need a Production Manager who will plan for and manage operations and activities in the paper mill, maximize production and efficiency and quality in a safe work environment, and make decisions based on conclusions for which there is little precedent.
Must have a track record of new product introduction, employee interaction, upgrading existing products to improve image and function, a keen understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, and manufacturing plant experience.
The Operations Manager -Manufacturing has primary responsibility for the total operations including engineering, purchasing, materials management, and production, with ultimate responsibility for production of high quality dock equipment that meets required shipment dates, achieves targets for efficiency and profitability, in an accident-free facility.
The Manufacturing Services Manager will be responsible for and oversee Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities; this position will include meeting and exceeding operating objectives and contributing to a safe, cost-effective, and productive work environment.
Partner with marketing & sales to assure equipment strategy is consistent with customer expectations and trends, and Marketing Growth plans (i.e. Label strategy, small batch sizes to match customer orders, etc.).
