In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day consultation and guidance to agency executives and local office staff regarding human resources functions/issues (e.g. employee relations, family medical leave, disability and workers compensation, performance management, policy and procedures).
As a Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC ), you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate Human Resources/Payroll Department.
In this role, you will provide administrative support for unemployment claim responses.Conduct exit interviews and process associated paperwork as necessary. Escalate relevant information to the correct manager.

This position is responsible for providing support to end users at all Epicor sites. Will work with senior management and end users to shape existing and develop new business processes with the focus on improving business performance for the future and is engaged in projects such as version upgrades, functional upgrades and the implementation of Epicor solutions at all current and future sites.
Conducts recruitment efforts including job postings, phone screening, interview scheduling, resume and applicant tracking, candidate communications, background verifications, reference checks and hiring processing for all open positions as needed.
