This position is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the 500+ person manufacturing facility; this includes employee relations, EHS, security, training, employee engagement, workforce flexibility, hiring, and employee development.
Responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans to meet the need of the business. Including sourcing and maintaining relationships with various vendors to ensure the best talent is hired and retained.
The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support as well as project leadership/execution to our Amazon Prime Air Team. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

In this role, you will provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management efforts involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to local legislation.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring facilities are implementing LDv methodology, through use of LDv Pillar, implementation plan and competency building. Participate in site coaching, training and assessing to support LDv maturity and progression in tools, systems and methodology. Active participation on Pillar or Network team.
