In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the Web and PCR financial analysis/reporting and providing the necessary tools to business units and local operations management in order to achieve its financial objectives.
A Financial Analyst will synthesize disparate data into meaningful analysis in support of the companys goals. The Financial Analyst prepares budgets/forecasts, along with analyses of financial performance and determines ways to effectively report on and measurably improve the companys performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze accounts receivable information to determine priority of collection activities for the purpose of maximizing cash flows, minimizing AR delinquency, and improving DSO.
Work closely with business subject matter experts to compile and track managed care metrics; evaluate and analyze resulting reports to assist in providing insight and explanation regarding medical trends.
This position is responsible for the reporting month end close process. In addition, this position is responsible for various financial reporting functions, such as creating, reconciling and moving them to production.
Maintain and anticipate financial operations, controllership and fiduciary governance activities in partnership with Lillys third party custodian and record keeper for the trusts holding the benefit plan assets; this role is the expert user of the third party custodians accounting system for the benefit plan trusts.
