In this role, you will be responsible for Operation Management, Network Integration, Fiscal Management, Personnel Management/Development, Culture/Communication, Medical Staff Relationships, and Quality Improvement/Risk Management.
Develops operational service delivery solutions to include documented playbooks, account operations plan, etc.; Guide managers on meeting portfolio KPIs. KPI responsibility falls on site managers at each location.
The ideal candidate will possess a depth and breadth of experience leading clinical development operations, operational planning and overseeing delivery of clinical studies within projected budgets, time line and deliver of quality metrics. This is a leadership position which requires exemplary management and leadership of a team of direct reports.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all staff at those facilities under his/her direction to ensure consistent delivery of quality rehabilitation services, while maximizing staff efficiency/productivity.
