The Regional HR Manager will provide leadership and support to the assigned region in regards to recruiting, staffing, retention, employee relations including corrective actions, terminations and other personnel issues; personnel development and knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
In this role, the selected candidate will be developing a network wide approach to labor and recruitment in the e-commerce sites; review each labor market and develops recommendations based on shifting landscape and needs of the sites.
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
In this role, you will be partner with business leaders to identify and develop strategic HR initiatives tied to business objectives and designed to create market competitive advantage for the business.
In this role, the selected candidate will promote and encourage organizational participation in continuous improvement activities and philosophy; ensure organizational compliance with all Human Resource related and company policies and procedures.
