The candidate must have experience with wood frame ground up construction as well as podium experience and adaptive reuse. Experience with putting the construction schedule together, job cost projection analysis and forecasting is a requirement.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to apply effective management skills for max output and performance, solid understanding of corporate industry practices, processes, and standards.
Assist the technical leaders on project assignments to plan staff workload, assess backlog, and maximize the utilization goals of the technical staff within the respective technical group. This individual will also manage his/her staffs adherence to project budgets that are coordinated between this individual and the markets project managers.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the completion of construction documents and assure accordance with lease and/or contract requirements; work with the city to obtain permits /entitlements.
