The RN Clinical Coordinator is accountable to assign, coordinate and direct nursing care for a given unit and shift. The RN Clinical Coordinator is directly responsible for the quality of care provided assuring a high level of customer service and physician interaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure the severity of illness and level of services provided are accurately reflected in the medical record and to resolve physician queries and documentation issues prior to patients discharge.
