The CMO is responsible for overall medical services for the health center, including all providers and all clinical staff. They comply with all agency policies and procedures concerning corporate compliance including privacy of protected health information.
In this position, you will represent and promote the company to establish new long-term business collaborations with direct responsibility for identifying, contacting and meeting new prospects for the my client.
Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team consisting of Respiratory Therapists, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Physicians to assist patients regain their independence.
Provides leadership to the health plan in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution and implementation of care management programs, including such programs as Quality Improvement, Utilization Management, Care Management, Predictive Modeling, and Disease Management.
Assist in drafting and maintaining policies and procedures governing SAG and the approach to workouts and enforcement / collection efforts. Identify trends in troubled assets and advise LOBs on improvements to underwriting and first and second line of defense processes.
