The Center HR Manager guides Center Leadership through the Center Talent Acquisition process -- attract, screen, interview, select, certify and welcome, as well as the Talent Management process -- set expectations, coach, recognize, develop, evaluate and reward.
Provides on-site support and direction to Center associates for the Vice President of Revenue Management to assure appropriate procedures are followed for patient scheduling, registration, medical record documentation, billing, and collections. Serves as day-to-day manager of financial and administrative staff.
In this role, you will develop staff and/or supervisors, if applicable, particularly in the management techniques of planning, organizing, leading and controlling through continued coaching and feedback on performance.
Partners with DSMs and cross functional partners to ensure that processes support expansion of sales, attainment of revenue targets, retention of existing clients, management of client discounts, and maintenance of quality service standards.
Ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within center, including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps, and daily bank deposits in full compliance with established company policies.
The Business Center Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations at a low-volume center, including supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance, profitability and customer experience objectives.
