Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
In this role you will respond to inquiries and advises employees / plan participants on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters. Functions as a liaison between vendors, employers or product sponsors and plan participants to resolve moderately complex to complex issues.
Project staffing allows management a greater level of flexibility in selecting an incumbent with the needed level of expertise.
RELATIONSHIP: Reporting relationships will be determined based on the needs of the assigned project.
