This position is responsible to lead motivate and engage the route service team to safely deliver world class customer service and sales growth (profitability). This leader ensures efficient route operations that best leverage all assets and resources available and will lead the execution of performance and operational goals focused in the areas of safety people service quality cost and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible to identify and cultivate a pipeline of prospective accounts
set-up and launch new dealer accounts.
Consult and continue to develop existing dealer accounts in assigned territory.
In this role, you will generate new orders for the company's standard products and services including drive solutions, to meet booking goals for accounts served directly and indirectly by this position.
In this role, you will provide effective consulting and maintains effective working relationships with regional leadership, O/Os, other McDonald departments, alliance partners and other outside organizations.
In this role, you will analyze store exception reporting, inventory reporting, CCTV, incident reporting and other information and trends for further internal and external investigation. Partner with local law enforcement and retail network to drive case resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive business strategies, and sales and marketing plans that complement the overall operating plan for the Area.
The selected candidate will be responsible for growing their domestic business by selling their manufacturing services specific to metal injection molding. Candidates will ideally have experience in metal injection molding, plastics injection molding, medical device component manufacturing or a related Manufacturing industry.
