In this role, the selected candidate will perform necessary SAP configuration required to implement approved SAP based business processes in Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
Conduct financial and compliance audits and operational reviews of our businesses. This involves planning audits by evaluating the complexity and risk of the audit client and adjusting the scope of the audit procedures accordingly.
Develop and provide commodity research analysis to support commodity and supply base strategies. Ability to evaluate and present RFQ results for new or current product sourcing. Support sourcing new products, requests for supplier samples, facilitate cross functional requests that ultimately involve the supply base.
Participate in helping to configure and train as a subject matter expert on our Project Phoenix Business Team Demand Forecasting and Replenishment software as well as our PO functionality for Lawson financials. This may include the functions listed below:
This role will provide support for sourcing and commodity strategies within our Packaging Solutions Group; preparing competitive pricing estimates to close new/existing business opportunities and retain existing customer base.
Reviews and analyzes key logistics reports and metrics, identifies issues or trends, and provides solutions and/or recommendations to internal and external customers to allow them to take appropriate action.
Align with the Procurement Operations Manager to provide procurement operations for the building, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support.
