The services continue to be performed and delivered in the expected manner services continue, in any changed circumstances that may occur in the client organization, or the Provider over time, to be the right services, delivered to the right people, at the right time.
Monitor and manage the project schedule throughout the course of the project to ensure the project is completed in compliance with the contract terms. Includes identifying the major components of the project, their sequence, and durations, utilizing scheduling software, scheduling subcontractors and deliveries, resolving time conflict issues, and/or scheduling staffing.
This position is responsible for creating and managing project plans, including schedule, scope, for large, complex projects with minimal oversight; and managing internal resources across the clinical program departments for delivery of a products or services to internal and external entities, i.e. employer groups, brokers, consultants. ie. provider groups, consultants and third party vendors.
Provide an enterprise view of the business to provide clear direction and leadership on complex high impact projects. Creates risk mitigation plans, considering all drivers of project risk (cost, quality, technology, supply base, customer deliverables, brands, trade partners, manufacturing, operations).
Lead, manage and direct the development and execution of integrated project plans relevant to the deliverables and ensure alignment across relevant functions and a smooth transition among pipeline stages.
Consult with the leadership team and program management to ensure the training approach is aligned to meet the needs of the business and is implemented in an effective, repeatable, and consistent fashion.
Proactively manage risks and opportunities such as allocation of resources, modification of schedule, or revision of contractual specifications and work with the Functions, PMO and customer on resolution.
