Direct support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. Provide design information to drafting for packaging documentation.

Design for Assembly/Manufacturing (DFA/M) principles, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools & methodology, assembly process planning, procurement and installation of capital equipment, and material handling/flow.
Perform field engineering and technically manage small to medium capital projects.Manage Project Schedules and Budgets as well as provide weekly reports communicating project status, issues, and needs.
Develop and maintain capacity models for key assets utilizing current year sales forecasts and long range sales plans. Identify strategies to address under capacity situations prior to them limiting our ability to satisfy customer requirements in a cost effective manner.
