In this role, the selected candidate will analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements; evaluate, interpret and explain talent based selection tools with Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.
In this role, the selected candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment for corporate searches strategy, search briefing, sourcing, screening candidates, collecting and distributing feedback, checking references, extending offers, negotiating/closing and starting pre-hire onboarding process.
In this role, you will be responsible to partner with Recruiting Leaders to identify and build relationships with local groups and organizations to attract and recruit qualified and diverse candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and leverage market intelligence to target passive candidates through internet sourcing, resume mining, targeting special interest groups, competitive intelligence, key industries and companies.
The selected candidate will oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.), as well as prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity & market competitiveness data research.
