Manage internal client relationships and collaborate with leadership to assess needs, develop strategies, and implement work plans to meet the needs of the designated practice areas; develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources.
Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for running a blended desk of new business development, sales, account management and recruiting within the Executive & Professional Search Division.
Participates with interviewing process as needed. Knowledge of ATS required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple tasks and interacting with various levels of the organization.
Advanced level knowledge in all recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, advertising, qualifying and selecting candidates, negotiating and closing employment offers, networking and relationship management.
