Recommends edits to the clear, differentiated, global brand positioning, and revisions to the consumer target consistent with the global positioning. Drives key brand, category or portfolio category initiatives that effectively reach and connect with target consumers.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience developing and executing brand strategies, VOC, messaging and communications; ability to manage project teams and motivate peers and executives alike.
Work with multiple products/projects/business units in parallel. He/she must be able to come up to speed quickly in new business areas, balance multiple initiatives, while keeping a high level of performance and customer service.
