In this position, you will assist Planning Managers as well as other Directors and Managers for PGL and NSG in developing ad-hoc queries and workload reports, identifies opportunities for improving business process through information systems, assists in responding to external audits, researches and prepares statistical analysis using work management, restoration, CIS (Customer Information System).
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement the complete sales process including, but not limited to, prospecting, lead development, preparation of the proposal and client presentation.
In this role, you will analyze, design, and maintain the company HR Software Systems , with primary focus on the HR Information System (HRIS). Partner with HR team members and IT partners to maintain efficient HR processes, ensure data integrity, test system changes, and write reports.

In this role, the selected candidate will participate in process innovation to develop/identify procedural gaps, drive for improvements, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance customer relationships.
The Operations Analyst will review maintenance records and data to identify opportunities to improve overall Fleet maintenance practices, develop training materials to teach new and existing users of EAM on various procedures, and maintain a database helpdesk system.
