In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the primary contact for all temporary staffing needs; manage relationships with third party recruitment agencies and other vendors that provide temporary employees; coordinate all temporary staffing needs across the organization.
Work closely with your hiring managers to understand current and future people needs; you will also guide them through the entire recruiting process and some may actually mistake you for a member of their team.
The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of local and national recruitment strategies that support current and forecasted hiring needs. S/he will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of talent.

lead strategic planning of recruitment strategy for university hires; oversee and refine all talent acquisition processes such as candidate generation, experience, interview process and training, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Build strong applicant sources by researching, contacting and building strong, lasting relationships with community services, nursing schools/programs/colleges, local employment agencies, etc. Attend local job fairs / hiring events.
This person must be able to identify and locate passive candidates and generate interest in client positions or pipeline requirements. The Recruiter will submit candidates, provide information to enable hiring decisions (salary expectations, phone interview summary, reference checks, etc.).
As an experienced sales recruiter you will actively resource, screen and interview inside and outside sales candidates, fulfilling inside sales opportunities for our Chicago office and also research and source candidates.
