The Strategy and Analytics Manager works closely with GMs for these verticals in coming up with various levers in supply, marketing, merchandising, pricing, product, etc to identify areas of opportunity and come up with plans to execute and win.
Develops comprehensive menu pricing strategy and manages all responsibilities relating to research, analysis, and administration of market level menu pricing. Oversees implementation of market level menu pricing and associated analyses. Collects and analyzes data to identify market trends and guide strategic and administrative decisions. Monitors results to evaluate program effectiveness.
This position is directly responsible for the development, delivery and execution of corporate standards, policies and best practices around pricing that are aligned to Category and Brand Unit strategies.
