This Senior Paralegal will develop, track, and evaluate key department objectives and results, assist the organization with financial planning, lead Legal department IT and software licensing initiatives, facilitate internal department communications and coordinate certain internal training efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible to
organize and coordinate property acquisition activities, including title clearance. Organize/coordinate commercial real estate sale and loan closings, including preparation of all closing documents.
In this role, you will coordinate, organize and respond to all requests from regulatory organizations and exchanges, including but not limited to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), CME Group, and ICE, collaborating with members of the Compliance Department as well as other key departments of the firm.

In this position, you will prepare client bills and related forms and arrange for expense advancement, reimbursement, and invoice payments; Input, review, edit, and update attorney time entries and print reports.
Successful candidate also must be able to work independently while, at the same time, be able to clearly and routinely communicate file status. The position requires an individual able to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge across a broad range of legal practice areas.
The Litigation Paralegal will gain valuable and real-world legal experience by working alongside attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, from the initiation of a case to the discovery period through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
