The Business Development Representative is an outbound prospecting position that works closely with the Account Directors and Client Success Directors to uncover qualified business opportunities, leveraging the companys expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers, expand within existing accounts, resellers, and influencers.
In this role, you will work with National Sales Manager of New Home Construction to communicate all corporate account information to field sales, stores organization and participating dealers, including specs, local targets, color and pricing information.

In this role, you will drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with clinical branch personnel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with the goal of delivering the best service possible to patients receiving these critical services at home.
In this role, the candidate will develop new business target list, develop strategy and tactics for new account acquisition, conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, produces quotes and closes new business.
