The Marketing Data Analyst role is a key addition to our marketing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key marketing reports (KPIs) within our database, evaluating customer data, conducting ad hoc analysis to evaluate campaign performance, etc. to help drive business insights and marketing strategies.
In this position, you will manage projects through the Agile Methodology including analysis, requirements, functional specifications, project communication, training, testing and quality assurance, and project deliverables documentation.
The Marketing Analyst will support the refrigeration, gas compression and aftermarket marketing businesses. The Marketing Analyst will develop and maintain business metric reporting tools working with sales and product development teams. The Marketing Analyst will also manage the digital customer experience on customer portals and social media sites.
In this role, the selected candidate will collect and consolidate business data from disparate sources; work and collaborate with company's functional areas in order to perform analytical projects; manage day-to-day relationships with external vendor(s) as applicable.
The Analyst / Sr. Analyst is responsible for data analysis and insights that feed back into media planning. They work closely with the media planning team to make sure they understand details behind media plans, and with and client data teams to gather site-side data. They plan to ensure success.
In this role, the selected candidate will execute targeted audience selections using SQL and SAS (Enterprise Guide/Customer Intelligence Studio); collaborate with the digital marketing team to confirm and finalize campaign requirements.
