This person will be responsible for implementing the strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in sales in each of the markets identified. The executive will oversee and manage the Strategy team to ensure high quality work product is being generated.
Conduct ongoing analyses of key aspects of the partnership including financial and student performance against established benchmarks, and regularly report to the company leadership team on key partnership performance indicators.
Enhance the Firms visibility in the market place by pursuing leadership in industry organizations; serving as a guest speaker; and writing articles for business journals, newspapers and other industry publications.
Manage and provide leadership to functional management teams who have responsibility for commercial underwriting, credit approval, portfolio management, risk mitigation, risk reporting and analytics, and technology platforms.
Develop and enhance key solutions that align with industry trends and leverage the capabilities and experience of the organization; develop short-and long-term vision and strategic plans for Service Line that aligns with business unit and corporate goals.
