Responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
Actively engaging with team members to help the leadership team keep a pulse on what is on peoples minds. Manage and support the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders.
Maintains awareness and expertise regarding innovative HR policy, benefits, government regulations, and similar changes by attendance at seminars, communication with peers in other organizations, and review of various publications.
Working closely with business leadership, HRBP colleagues, and our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), the Director HR Strategic Business Partner will identify and execute opportunities where HR can drive desired business outcomes through people and culture efforts.
Provide leadership and direction to innovate and continuously improve policies, processes, systems, and benefits; maintain knowledge of employment and benefits laws and regulations, and ensures company's compliance.
