In this role, the selected candidate will provide day-to-day leadership and guidance regarding employment issues including but not limited to recruitment, corrective action, grievance resolution and other employee relations functions.
In this role, the selected candidate will resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain HR project calendar and ensure stakeholders are aware of projects and deadlines; evaluate and recommends improvements to HR processes and procedures continually to meet the needs of the HR Department.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide recommendations on various pay actions (promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
In this role, you will identify employee relations issues and resolves appropriately with limited supervision. The selected candidate will also provide HR advice to management and responds to employee inquiries.
This role will partner with the HR Team in completing tasks including assisting with Employee Relations, Team Member Communications, Training, Talent Management, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Grievance Administration.
In this role, you will support all facet of HR including benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy development and implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law compliance.
In this position, you will develop and maintains working knowledge of all HR Services components. Acts as liaison with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety.
