Responsible for maintaining and managing employee files, processing payroll in ADP, coordinating recruitment for staffing, coordinating trainings, benefits administration, safety and health, preparing weekly and monthly reports for management, along with any additional duties as assigned.

In this role, you will oversees Human Resource operations for multi-site region by interacting with facilities management and personnel toward the resolution of issues affecting multiple areas affecting the sites employees.
It provides direction and feedback to functional leaders and managers as applicable. This position participates in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other employment-related issues.
Acts as an advisor and provides technical expertise and analytical support to the Human Resources team in relation to employee benefits administration, compensation administration, and HRIS system maintenance.
