In this role, you will oversees Human Resource operations for multi-site region by interacting with facilities management and personnel toward the resolution of issues affecting multiple areas affecting the sites employees.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
The HR Generalist manages key HR processes that include but are not limited to: employee onboarding, leave of absence administration, US immigration, US time & absence tracking, and other requests. This position plays an important role on the US HR team and also contributes to key processes globally.
The Human Resources Generalist will provide a broad-range of human resources expertise and hands-on administration in specific HR functional areas for the corporate office and field. Must have the ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain strict confidentiality.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited: employee recruitment, retention, and development; employee counseling/mentoring; employee relations and welfare; wage and salary analysis; workload coordination and scheduling; legal compliance; and policy, procedure and process development.
This position carries out responsibilities in functional areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, on-boarding, policy implementation, salary administration, and legal/regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will provide generalist support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment, staffing, human resources administration, team member relations, compensation, benefits, training and or EEO AA.
