The Capital Financial Analyst is a strategic, professional accounting position within Integrated Supply Chain Finance supporting the capital management process and fixed asset accounting and reporting. Ensures accurate recording and reporting of capital additions & disposals, CIP, depreciation analysis and other pertinent data in accordance with GAAP.
Must be able to effectively analyze application security reports to identify application security risk as well as interpret scope/breadth/depth of assessments performed as compared with application demos received.
This regionally dedicated position will be based in our Lincolnshire headquarters and will report to the Vice President of Corporate Finance & Analytics. The position will also interact with numerous levels of regional and national management.
Assists department managers with budgeting process. Plan, develop, prepare, input and maintain company's budgets. Design budgets to include monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, and display revenues and expenses.
Function as a liaison between the Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that the solution being delivered the solution meets the intended purpose/business needs primarily through translating business requirements (the "what") into functional designs (the "how").
This position provides a tremendous opportunity for an individual to gain an overall understanding of the McDonalds income statement, balance sheet, cash flows, manual journal entry reconciliation, trial balance review, and monthly reporting.
Prepares reports analyzing specific aspects of department structures, functions and operational procedures and recommends ways to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
