Work in cross-disciplinary teams with KPMG industry experts to understand client needs and ingest rich data sources such as social media, news, internal/external documents, emails financial data, and operational data.
Work with branch and corporate leaders to develop purchasing forecasts, transitions to new equipment and retirement of old equipment. Evaluate and document operations, work area design, process flow and work methods for improved efficiency.
Define, propose and monitor the Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the M&I Activity as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing or reviewing technical documents for submittal to clients as well as presenting engineering analyses and recommendations to clients and the public.
The Engineering Project Manager's responsibilities will be to plan and execute development activities in accordance with corporate procedures, to assure the project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and within budget. Plan, schedule, direct and execute multiple projects at a time, including highly complex cross-functional projects.
Responsible for building and leading a highly effective team of software engineers, and working with departmental contacts to support the demands of the department and meet the objectives of the product development process.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization; experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
