The primary responsibility of the Controller is to provide financial management and leadership to increase the value of the company and maintain, through continuous improvement initiatives, a financial function which provides a competitive advantage.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monthly closing and reconciliation reports, such as cash, inventory, fixed assets, etc.; maintain support documents in organized manner for audit purposes.
The Controller will have full responsibility for Controlling and Administrative functions of financial operations. Direct the analysis and preparation of all financial reports including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow, tax reports, capital expenditures etc. making sure financial documents are accurate and timely.

The Plant Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting functions around cost management, budgeting, forecasts and monthly reviews. He or she will develop and maintain procedures for the financial control of all assets, revenues, and operating expenses.
The Controller position is responsible for all accounting operations. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and procedures designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership and direction for all personnel regarding issues such as overall profitability and cash flow management, capital expenditures and customer profitability, information systems, human resource issues and banking and audit relationships.
