The manager will create internal auditing procedures to monitor and drive compliance with contract terms and play a central role as the organization reviews end to end contract compliance. S/he will implementation resolutions for gaps identified during audits.

reviewing effort commitments and reports to ensure accurate financial reporting; monitoring cost sharing commitments to ensure compliance with granting agency guidelines.
In this role, the selected candidate will review, analyze, revise, modify, and negotiate NDAs, purchase orders, subcontracts with suppliers/vendors, temporary services agreement, consulting, miscellaneous contracts for our business units (i.e. HR, Marketing, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing the review process of non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, master services agreements, license agreements, supply agreements and any other agreements as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of contract modifications for price reductions, price increases, addition of product, discontinuance of product, product replacements and version changes.
In this role, the selected candidate will act as point legal contact person on all incoming projects relating to product warranties, contracts, confidentiality agreements, marketing claims and trademark strategy.
In this position, you will provide support for the management of physician, hospital and ancillary provider recruitment in accordance with corporate, health plan and state guidelines for assigned regions.
The candidate will manage the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts and ancillary contracts to ensure we comply with the rules and regulations within the contract and stipulated by various government agencies.
