Responsible for leading all aspects of Day Surgery, PACU, and Preadmission's Testing's clinical operations, including but not limited to oversight of clinical staff and scheduling, patient flow, patient satisfaction, resource allocation, etc.
Coordinate communication between team members/attending physicians/caregivers to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning and ensures compliance through review of documentation and care coordination activities.
Works with Clinical Operations Management staff to ensure the successful management, performance, and career development of Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Clinical Operations Analysts (CMAs/CMOAs).
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing performance of all licensed personnel, direct patient care staff, reporting indirect patient care personnel as assigned, and when necessary, technical staff.
Responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
