The Client Solutions Architect I is the primary technical resource for the field organization and works closely with Account Managers to secure initial business as well as grow new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Maintains company brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages.
As the Client Partner, you will be working with new and current clients to solidify a foundation of dynamic growth; conceiving innovative, high value solutions for clients in areas of technology or process improvement.
Perform account management duties such as completing applications, billing, resolving collection problems, corresponding with carriers, providing customer status reports, coordinating and following up on audits, reviewing production reports, and supporting internal staff department requests for information.
A successful Private Client Advisor will be able to advise clients with complex investment relationships on asset allocation and portfolio construction for strategic and tactical decisions as well as market and implement investment solutions in accordance with the client's asset allocation.
Provide clients with a stronger bias for guidance with more frequent portfolio consultations, goal planning recommendations and introduction to specialized income teams dealing with annuities and fixed income solutions.

Be required to demonstrate technical expertise, strong revenue results and asset growth in investments and fiduciary products, and strong interpersonal skills as well as provide exceptional client service.
Additional responsibilities include all necessary follow-up communication with processing areas and clients with regard to service and/or problem resolution; as well as communication of the Wealth Management value proposition and the Consultative Sales Process.
