The Contingent Labor Category Manager is responsible for all aspects of sourcing events including identifying opportunities, understanding business requirements, developing category strategy, conducting market assessments, managing the sourcing process, identifying supplier participants and conducting supplier capability and suitability assessments, performing analysis, conducting negotiations and contract review and presenting regular status updates to the appropriate audiences.

Examples could include merchandizing strategies, category specific strategies, or strategies against high or low performing merchant deals.
Analyze Wiltons retail partners category performance; collaborate with Consumer Insights, Marketing, eCommerce, Account/Channel Management, and Product Development to make recommendations relevant to retail partners strategies and aligned with Wiltons strategic objectives.
