The Manual Microbiology Specialist calls on laboratories in hospitals and reference labs to sell consumables used from the Microbiology product line in Diagnostic Systems within the assigned territory.
Responsible for managing, prospecting, and building relationships within an assigned territory in order to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts. Includes the sale of medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sales cycle.
Provide updates to Relationship Managers on product enhancements, projects, and issues effectively delegate tasks to Sales Associate, Implementation Manager, and Client Services to make sure focus is on sales activities.
Achieving sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting Novo Nordisks portfolio of diabetes products to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other paramedical customers and current co-promotion partners who make or are involved in purchasing and prescribing decisions.
Provides direction and guidance to our business partners, agencies, designers and contractors to efficiently execute marketing campaigns and projects that grow new members and drive deposit and loan growth.
Ability to execute administrative functions such as communicating with appropriate hotels and support personnel. Also, to construct agendas and all administrative detail involved in the execution of the sales trainer position.
