As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to manage a team of Account Executives who sell HP and Xerox hardware, along with software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.
Generates viable sales leads and prospects through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events and computer programs. Contacts assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business.
Provide strategy, leadership and direction for an outside sales force; drive profitable and sustainable growth objectives among the team; provide support and technical assistance when necessary; hold team accountable.
Responsible for identifying and routinely meeting with appropriate stakeholders across academic institutions and additional identified accounts to educate on axi-cel and logistically support the utilization of the therapy post FDA approval.
Plays a critical role in not just initiating but in institutionalizing change; achieves this by leading, supporting and advocating the need for the change with all key stakeholders and works towards making the change initiative a success.
Contribute volume and trade assumptions within TM1 planning environment to assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial planning, including annual sales plan, annual performance targets, quarterly financial updates, and monthly outlooks.
Assesses area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and the addition of new business. Develops and cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact. Responds to customers needs, consistent with Corporate standards, culture, and business practices. Identifies and implements solutions to customers needs/problems.
