This Quality Professional will represent Quality Management on New Product Development projects, committing to support product / project objectives, driving and participating in business decisions, and assuming accountability for product / project success. The Quality Engineer also serves as an interface between a cross-functional extended core team and the project core team leader on new product development projects.
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will co-manage the quality assurance (QA) oversight of internal departments and third-party vendors and ensure compliance with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Quality Management System (QMS) Guidelines.
This individual will take the lead in cross functional efforts with Billing Services, Credit, Forecasting, BSS, and IT in resolving any issues discovered, and will actively participate in IT projects impacting revenue transactions.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist developers in reproducing problems and getting them resolved; participates in design activity with other programmers on technical aspects relating to testing, including functional specifications, design parameters, feature enhancements, and alternative solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments, and other planning documents.
