In this role, you will review, draft, negotiate and manage a wide variety of contracts, such as investment management agreements, administrative services agreements, authorized participant agreement and trading-related agreements (including OTC derivatives agreements, cleared derivatives agreements and futures agreements).
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provides continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.
In this position, you will provide practical and actionable legal advice regarding federal and state laws and regulations applicable to consumer banking products and sales, as well as bank branching and field operations. Advise with respect to checking and savings products and services, ATMs, customer-facing content, and related issues.
The attorney will be responsible for negotiation, management and administration of client contracts for the Treasury Services business and its products. The attorney will manage the documentation negotiation process with clients as well as internal partners in legal, sales, implementation, technology, product management, credit, risk, compliance and client services in order to ensure agreement on the feasibility of product delivery by all functions of the business prior to entering into a contractual commitment with a client.
