The Creative Director is responsible for leading creative branding, design and production for all marketing tools that are used to drive effective lead generation and sales conversion -- ultimately sharing in accountability to grow occupancy rates and company revenue.
In this role, the selected candidate will integrate effective optimization of multiple online platforms (i.e. social, blog, website etc.); maintain expertise in current on and off page website optimization techniques.
In this role, you will manage team of designer to complete clients projects with tasks such as art direction and final creative review, project objectives and designer responsibilities, creative brainstorming and collaboration, project list priorities, and ensures designer completes tasks in timely and budget conscience manner.
