In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the planning, engineering and architecture of organizational systems infrastructure. Tasks include the design and implementation of hardware and software and monitoring the performance of systems.
In this role, you will monitor our systems using tools as Etherpeek, wireshark, opnet, Checkpoint Smartcenter, syslog, etc to analyze data traffic and determine what is causing poor performance or application failures. Use these same tools to help determine ways to increase performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and monitoring the network; utilizes tools such as syslog, groundworks, solarwinds and others to do proactive network management.
In this role, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the engineering and design of building electrical systems (lighting, power, and limited special systems) for facilities such as K-12 and higher education, healthcare, hospitality and commercial buildings.
In this role, you will build and maintain multi - variable standards, including the performance of time studies, regularly scheduled standard validation, best-method development, documentation and training.
This position requires excellent communication skills as well as being a team player who will work well with clients and colleagues; professional applicants should be licensed in South Dakota or be eligible for licensure.
