In this role, the selected candidate will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage extended team activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.
This position administers the project contracts, manages day to day design and construction operations, maintains schedule and budget oversight, and provides on-site observance of the work. Depending on the size of the project, the program manager may also be responsible for the management of additional staff positions assigned to the on-site observance and administration of the work.
